It is returned to you less any claims the landlord makes against it such a damages, arrears, cleaning etc.

The owners insurance does not cover your contents for loss or damage. If you need insurance for contents, you have to buy contents insurance yourself.

That will depend on whether the term of your tenancy is a Fixed Term or a Periodic. Fixed Term tenancies have a start and end date then convert to a periodic tenancy but cannot be terminated during the fixed term by either party unless an agreement is reached between the parties. If you have a periodic tenancy you will be required to give 28 days written notice.

It is your responsibility to notify the Property Manager as soon as possible of any repairs or maintenance required so they can take the necessary action. You can fill in the maintenance request online or contact our property manager.
